Is there any way to get notification when new member/caller enters/exits from the queue ?

Hello ,

I am developing Call Queue monitoring dashboard and i want to get notifications whenever any new member / caller enters or exits the queue so i can refresh the dashboard with latest data.

What is the best way to do it ?

I tried to use Event Subscription but i dont see any object for Queue events ?

I can use Queue API but i dont want to go with polling approach .

Please let me know if you need any further clarifications on my requirement.
