Is there an Event emitted when call transcription is completed?

I want to work with call transcripts, but from the documentation it appears that there is only an event emitted when a CDR is created on call completion. Is that event emitted when the CDR is complete, with all transcripts in place, or is the CDR silently updated when the transcripts are done?
